Greetings To My Sister In Christ,
I share your journals on church, family, etc. And truly it hit home! I also share the pride in sharing our Pastor, The Rev. Dr. W. Marcus Small at Ebenezer Baptist Church. He has this illustrous way of providing us with that “extra” push on Sunday morning and carrying his sermon on a daily basis. We have been truly blessed with this awesome man of God. Thank you, my sister.
P.S. See you in church…..

I feel really proud everytime I watch Brenda on My9news. She is truly a Woman of Distinction. I am a Troop Leader for Girl Scouts, and would really love if she would speak to our young ladies. They need more exposure to professional African-American women like Brenda.

I just finished watching this honorary BORICUA become one with the Puerto Rican Day Parade.
You could see that she has a genuine quality along with her good looks and wonderful smile. As a Newyorican myself who can’t dominate the latin dance, I was taken back at her natural adaptation to the latin music dance moves. I really enjoyed watching her brighten up the camera, you were great too Ernie your an Icon!
But Go Brenda Go!!!!!

Ms. Blackmon,
I admire you and your uplifting messages in your blogs. I have read many of them and I like howe you tackle your own issues, your spirituality and sincerity. I am impressed by your presence on the air. As a recent convert to TV. (I brought one in Nov. 08, particularly b/c of Pres. Obama) you are in a class by yourself b/c of your positive presence and uplifting manner. Your inner happiness and uplifting spirit radiates naturally to the outside. I tune in just for your reporting. Russ isn’t bad either.
I listed through my stereo speakers, and I am really surprised on how little, if any of the networks pay attention to the sound quality of thier on air “talent.” I really listen and have been surprised by the repetitions, colloqualisms, and grammatical errors.
Oops, let me try to remain positive, like yourself, but I thought you may understand.
Ms. Blackmon,
I would love to hear from you!!!! Have a nice day and a nice weekend. I hope to get some bike riding in!!!!
